During my high school years, I was part of the National Honors Society, through which I tutored many of my peers in various subjects such as algebra, geometry, calculus, and physics. After high school, I went on to earn my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University, and continued to tutor throughout those years. My favorite part of tutoring is being present for the moment when a student has that "lightbulb" moment and understands something that they had been struggling with.
