I earned my Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Xavier University in Cincinnati, where I also minored in Spanish. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling and work at Thresholds, a non-profit located in Chicago where I work with twenty-five individuals with severe mental health concerns. Additionally, I studied philosophy and counseling in graduate studies at Loyola University for four years.  Beyond academic work, I spent two years in Guatemala with the Peace Corps doing business development work and playing semi-professional soccer.
