Staff member receives heroic Civil Air Patrol award

By naturally doing her job, Anne Sheridan, RN, BSN, Coordinator, Employee Wellness and Risk Management, helped out the Civil Air Patrol with her health and safety information she shares with staff at MATC.Rozanne Davis, who works at the West Allis Child Care Center, also serves as a Safety Officer for the United States Air Force auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol.

A part of her responsibilities includes conducting safety briefings every month. Davis admits that although she researches many topics on her own, "in the last 12 months, Ms. Sheridan has provided me with at least 40% of the material presented in my briefings."

Davis submitted Sheridan's name to be considered for a Certificate of Appreciation for sharing her information with Davis.

On March 9, Sheridan received her award.
