Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Raw material incoming visual inspectionPerforming manufacturing operations on CNC lathesMachining parts to meet tolerances for final inspectionInspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle Product final inspection Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goalsPerform preventative maintenance tasksAccurately completion of required documentationRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMachining certificate or prior CNC machining experience preferred, but will train a motivated entry-level candidateDedication to safe working practicesCommitment to continuous development of machining skill setAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to problem solveStrong attention to detail High level of mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Verbal and written communication skillsThis position works a rotating schedule of 12 hour shifts (7pm-7am) and every other weekend is required. Training is on 1st shift 7am-7pm. We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Coon Valley team. This position produces components by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, meeting ATI's high safety and quality standards and maintaining equipment and supplies.
