Earn while you learn. Become a fully certified Samsung Appliance Technician within 3 months or less for all full-time employees. Earn up to $950 a week. Once certified take a company vehicle home and a gas card. Work with your hands repairing appliances in customers' homes.

Training Program:

You will learn how to work on....!

To troubleshoot and repair Refrigerators, Stoves, Ovens, Range, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Washing machines, and dryers.

1-3 months of hands-on training depending on your experience with one of our lead technicians in the truck going to the customer's home. By the end of the training, you will be able to troubleshoot appliances, break down the appliance, read wire diagrams, and much more! Also, give some online training for you to complete. The company pays you to come to a 3-day in-person training in Samsung Facility located in Des Plaines Illinois.

Once you are certified you are responsible you will be home dispatched serving customers in the surrounding area. We will route your day the day before knowing what the next day will bring. To achieve incentives keeping your KPI up to and customers happy for return service.

We offer an extensive benefits package, which includes:

• Paid training program, become Samsung certified in less than 3 months
• No weekends, no on-call, no more than 10 hours of overtime

Pay ranges from $16-$20 per hour. After the training period, you are onboarded to be on your own and automatically raise another $1. After being on your own for 90 days, you will get another raise based on your performance. Furthermore, monthly bonuses are paid if certain KPIs are achieved. Bonus can be as high as $1,000 per month.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Basic Internet and computer skills
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Must be able to bend, squat, pull, push, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
