Alegeus seeks a Real-Time Traffic Analyst to join our dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Real-Time Traffic Analyst will report to Workforce Optimization Manager and be responsible for helping our company succeed by efficiently servicing all our members.

MISSION

Deliver optimal experience for all members throughout proper allocation of resources to each traffic lane in the call center. Efficiently meet all service goals for calls and claims departments by maintaining labor costs at an optimal level and supporting morale for our internal team members. Identify inefficiencies and communicate with leadership on steps to address them.

ROLE-BASED COMPETENCIES:

The desired candidate should have direct experience with analytics, real-time management, distribution management or call center operations. The desired candidate should have demonstrated initiative in past work. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable and confident with analytical work (including linear optimization and other operational models), be persistent, have demonstrated results, pay attention to the details and be efficient with work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively maintain within provided targets daily metrics such as: Service levels, occupancy and shrinkage by shifting throughout the day team members, trainings, breaks, etc.
  • Create weekly schedules and provide suggestions for improvement to meet future service levels
  • Provide suggestions for cross-training to efficiently cover the future demand and work with other teams to coordinate training sessions
  • Review weekly forecast and provide feedback for discrepancies
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to leadership
  • Autonomously work on improvement projects and present results to leadership

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS or Masters degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, computer science or similar field preferred
  • Work experience in business, finance, call center operations or production management
  • Experience with financial or workforce analyses, operations supervisor or distribution management

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • A passion for healthcare, financial services, behavioral economics, consumerism and/or any combination of these disciplines
  • Strong interest in learning new things and comfort in pushing new boundaries
