This is a full time role and the person must be able to come to our Milwaukee location daily post Covid. We will consider a trainee/entry level candidate.




We need someone who is flexible, eager to learn, quick study, hard worker, asks lots of questions, can do independent research, great communication skills to interact with our clients.




THE POSITION:

* The Chargeback/Medicaid Specialist is primarily responsible for the Chargeback and Medicaid invoice processing for various EVERSANA clients and the maintenance of those clients.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

* Must be able to maintain SOP established service levels of Medicaid rebate processing and Chargeback processing across several client drug manufacturers.
* Maintain an organized audit trail.
* Maintenance of contracts including, class of trade, pricing, membership, group purchasing organizations (GPO), etc.
* Perform necessary administrative duties related to Medicaid and Chargeback processing.
* Develop and maintain lasting relationships to accurately and quickly achieve results.
* Support relationships and engage in effective communications with clients.
* Respond to client inquiries and/or request for reports/analysis.
* All other duties as assigned.

* Travel 0%
* Hours Monday-Friday 40 Hours Per Week

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.



* High school diploma and a minimum of five years of work-related experience in a professional environment. Or associate degree in a business-related area.
* The ability to: perform detail-oriented work accurately, handle several assignments simultaneously, maintain confidential information, and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
* Must be receptive to training and diligent in learning and working under the processes and procedures in place.
* Proficiency using the following software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe. The ability to learn and become proficient in company software packages.




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Associate degree in a business-related area.
* Prior experience with Medicaid and Chargeback processing.



PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.



This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
