What does the role involve?

Works in a Hilti Center. Fosters the Hilti image, sells and services Hilti products, and consults with customers and prospects. Manages inventory, sales records, administrative functions, and order information. Maintenance of customer database. Deals directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. Does upselling + cross selling .

We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

What do we offer?

In our Account Manager Development Program, you will complete developmental stages before promoting into an outside sales role. During the 18-24 month program, you ll participate in full sales, product, hands on and industry training curriculum. As you advance in the program you will take part in outside sales training and territory sales coverages, all while be paired with a mentor. The outside sales role will likely require relocation and is critical to your continued success at Hilti.

What you need is:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
  • Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
