We work better when we're all together, so all jobs are on-site.Position Reports to: Inside Sales SupervisorPosition Summary: Provides ongoing prompt assistance to all inside sales representatives while learning the product, programs and solutions Brady offers. With support and experience, demonstrates the ability to handle customer requests and outbound calls.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide ongoing support to inside sales teamPerform BradyID digital chat requestsAssist both outside field team and inside sales team with crossing competitor productWork with Brady's channel team to help with distributor branch product trainings and opportunity generation through follow up callsProvide SAP quotes for inside Sales and Outside Sales team as neededWork with customer service on order status and expeditesMake post-sale quality assurance calls to gauge overall satisfaction and uncover additional opportunitiesAssist with follow ups from daily quote and order reportsTrack all activities in Salesforce.comRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesSophomore standing or higher with good academic standingStrong relationship building skillsDemonstrated ability to learn and communicate product features, values and benefits within a sales approach.Strong active listening skillsEffective selling skills with strong oral, written & presentation skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
