Join the 2022 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2022 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 6, 2022 and conclude on August 12, 2022.

About The Team

Be a part of a highly productive team at FIS in our Commercial and Retail Payments team within the B2B Payment and Money Movement division. Our team determines strategy, evaluates expenses and is ultimately responsible for the success of our products. Products that you would be working with include Bill Pay and Zelle on our retail side and Integrated Payables and DisbursePay on our Commercial side. Our clients are Financial Institutions that use our software products to facilitate consumer and business transactions. We are looking for a highly detailed person to monitor, coordinate, and drive key priorities for our organization and work hand and hand with our partners to drive success.

What You Will Be Doing

* You will work with our business leaders to identify and track the execution of key initiatives to drive revenue and expense goals.
* You will enable predictability through consistent and standard format of tracking and reporting for sharing information with team and executive leadership.
* You will research and analyze business operations and present findings to manager or project leader.
* You will partner with matrix leadership to ensure our business goals are met by identifying, tracking and governing KPIs. This will also include facilitating stakeholder meetings and communicating strategy, so each partner and our business is aligned.
* You will gain relationship experience with leadership and executives by leading meetings internally and externally.
* You will drive proper communication internally with all employees of our business through collaboration, documentation, cascading key updates, organizing team routines.

What You Bring

* Rising Senior (graduating December 2022 through May 2023)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
