Actively be involved at multiple levels within the organization in discussions and decisions for existing and future business developments. This position will identify, select, and be responsible for the assigned territory and the results to accelerate growth and profitability for our inherited and developed customers within the Meat and Dairy group for ABX Innovative Packaging. Additional responsibilities included but not limited to: Maintain and grow assigned accounts. Assigned accounts will be primarily from the Rhinelander and Milwaukee location sand will include products across the portfolio including: extruded films for forming / non-forming web, barrier and non-barrier laminated roll stock products utilized within various Form Fill & Seal applications. Identify and secure new opportunities through an increased share of wallet within current account portfolio as well as following up on leads provided through multiple methods in the company representing the entire company product portfolio Work with cross functional groups within ABX that align with identified customer human infrastructure structure points to support growth opportunities. Inherited accounts are smaller legacy House accounts who have growth potential as well as larger legacy house accounts that need more intimate attention and development Ensure that ABX offerings, products and services, are represented in a unified manner to deliver the ABX vision and mission. Successfully identify solutions ABX can provide to enable broad account relationships at the mid to high levels while spreading throughout the functional areas of each organization Ability to drive business on a regional basis, travel as needed Implementation and support of robust commercial processes to provide transparency and enable effective communication Understand the Value Proposition and relative composition of our products. Connect the customer needs with products and solutions available. Be able to articulate customer needs and specifications in order to identify packaging solutions Increase business through relationship-based selling. Understand the product portfolio to become a solution-based asset to your customer. Work with internal pricing group to develop required quotations. Work within company CRM (Pipedrive) maintaining sales process on growth opportunities Understand the benefit of selling a business model (value add) and not just a product. Up to 50% travel QualificationsMust be a self-starter and results oriented Flexible Packaging experience in related field is desired but not required 1-3 years experience in the packaging field or related Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions Solid relationship building focus Bachelors Degree or equivalent Ability to learn new products and technologies Effective analytical and problem-solving mindset Strong negotiation and business skill sets Job LocationsUS-WI-MilwaukeeID 2021-1159 Category Sales Type Full Time
