Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will be to:Actively participate in the recruitment of Marketing, Information Technology, Finance and Human Resources staff by assisting withscheduling interviews,creating job postings,preparing offer letters, and coordinating background checksAssist with managing the applicant tracking system to include process and compliance audits, data entry and other administrative tasks such as scanning resumes, transcripts and interview evaluationsAssist with developing a process map specific to the onboarding of new hires. Gain exposure to working with multiple offices and assist with developing a firm wide approach to onboarding.Researchbest practicestoassist with the development of a technical behavioral interview training program.Apply strong Excel skills to develop and maintain spreadsheets to assist with other aspects of human resources as needed.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have:Actively pursuing or recent bachelors degree in human resources,or related field preferred Ability to work full-timeSolid Excel and MS Outlookskills highly desiredStrong verbal & written communication skillsAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentialityAbility to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
