Description

O BJECTIVE :
Meet with customers assigned in your territory to pursue service agreements pertaining to life safety systems and other communication systems. Work with existing sales team to grow market and gain new customer to CEC.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES i n c l ud e , bu t are n o t li m i t e d t o th e following:

Revenue Production: A c t i vely see k o u t n e w s ales o pp or tun i t i e s th ro ug h c o l d c alling, n e t working and re ferral -based s t r ategies.

M ar k et Planning: Work with our marketing team for the m arket, t err i t or y, and/or t ec hn o l o g y i n th e assigned areas th at i s re p rese nt e d as p ro vided b y s ales m anagement. These p l ans will i n c l ud e activity and re venue t argets with c l e ar g o al se tt i n g cr i t er i a.

I ndividual Sales Planning: Work o ff an i nd i vidual s ales p l an th at i n c l ud e s th e following:

Opportunity M anagement

Accurate S ales F o recasting

Activity M atrix (prospecting, customer appointments, d emo s)

P ipeline M anagement

Me trics M anagement (quoting, o rders, m argin g o als, close rate)

Val ue Selling: U s i n g a co n s u l t ative se lli n g approach t o p ro p er l y qu alify and align th e n ee d s o f th e c u s t o m e r with th e value o f CEC ser vices.

Relationship Building: Working hard at maintaining internal and external relationships for a strong work environment. Working as a team to solve problems and provide the best solutions for our customers.

Training: Open to learning industry standards, CEC standards and willing to be involved in continuing education.

M INI M U M Q UA LIFICATIONS:
3+ years of customer service experience

Must h ave a valid d r i ver s li ce n s e

PREFERRED Q UA LIFICATIONS:
Sales experience

Low voltage industry knowledge

2 or 4 year degree from an accredited higher education school in an applicable field

Community involvement or volunteering experience
