Commercial Analytics Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI (53202) Job ID: 59895 Duration: 6 mos Pay Rate: $20 ph (W2) : The role is responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing management of Business Analytics within client Commercial business. Under the direction of the Commercial Analytics Manager, this role is responsible for analytics and advanced data initiatives which include identifying business needs and producing solutions. This individual will act as an ambassador for the Commercial Analytics team, promoting adoption of standard data management and analytical capabilities through the delivery of reliable data and information. The ability to deliver tactical projects while anticipating issues and thinking strategically is a must have. Role and Responsibilities: Participates in visualization, testing and implementation of defined solutions Participates in key requirement review meetings with other business leaders Understand the current and future state of business requirements and tool capabilities Understand the current and future state of modern BI and Data Warehousing tools (visualizations / reporting) Owns design, development, and support for a specific analytics function on which may be delivered several solutions (dashboards, reports, etc.) Works with Business Leads to obtain user acceptance on the overall solution Works with IT application SMEs to define local source system and data transformation. Assists in the design and delivery of high-performance, low-maintenance and user-friendly customer interface for the business intelligence metrics Identifies and coordinates Business SME participation in program as needed per project requirements Participates in data gap assessments aligned to KPI definitions Actively participates in KPI implementation delivery prioritizations based on business requirements and data availability. Manage project tasks effectively and provide active support to project managers in estimation, risk management and issue resolution Integrate quality practices in all aspects of delivery; audit work products to ensure quality and sustainability Qualifications A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviors: Data and BI technology experience; Relational Databases (SQL, Oracle), Power BI, SSAS, Data Warehousing Ability to gather and document business, analytical and reporting requirements Skilled at data profiling and data analysis Problem-solving skills ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with onsite and offsite teams Ability to direct unit testing during development cycles and to define test cases Strong English skills Knowledge of most of the key concepts related to master data management, data standards and data organizations preferably Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment Maturity/confidence to interface with all levels of management Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a data focused role Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Not required but nice to have: Azure experience; Databricks, ADLS G2, ADF Advanced data analysis experience: Python, R, SAS or other statistical analysis tools Knowledge of statistics and statistical modeling approaches for analytics ____________________________________________________________________ Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
