Position SummaryThe Corporate Tax intern will be responsible for assisting the corporate tax function, including preparation of tax returns and tax audit support and provide tax-related support on a global level.Responsibilities* Serves as support for Domestic Tax Director, and various other members of the Tax Department* Prepare U.S. federal compliance forms for domestic and foreign companies* Assist in collecting and analyzing financial data for purposes of calculating the quarterly income tax provisions* Perform research related to specific tax matters* Assist with basis studies* Special projects as neededLeadership Competencies* Action Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.* Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.* Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.* Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.* Self-Development - Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.
