To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.comResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in ensuring systems are in place for products to be manufactured, labeled, tested, dispositioned and shipped in accordance with ISO9001, IATF16949 and other regulatory and company policies for specific areas of assigned responsibility. The Quality Engineer Intern position assist with one or more of the following: Industrial, Automotive, Pipeline, Retail and associated documentation requirements. Actively support all HHS policies to promote a safe work environment. Facilitate and/or assist with customer complaint investigations and associated activities related to customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Identify and/or facilitate improvement actions for effective corrective actions. Ensure document control system is maintained and temporary documents controlled. Ensure documentation is clear and complete. Monitor temporary document status. Support documentation needs for regulatory, IATF16949 and ISO9001. Assist with management of product documentation, testing and product release. Assist with training as needed to support the business. Support review of QA data collection system with Engineering to ensure that database and fields, views, and specifications meet the requirements of the department and business. Assists in the development of modifications to equipment/process to meet customer needs. Other duties as assigned.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Shows initiative and learning curiosity. Works well within teams across functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving aptitude. Safe work habits. Strong personal accountability to achieve goals.
