Position SummaryAs a member of the Zurn - Business Intelligence (BI) team, the Business Intelligence Developer Intern will support various reporting environments, drive process improvement and automation on the team, and enable the business to answer questions about their data. In this position, you will be working with medium to large data sets and interacting with all levels and departments within the Zurn organization.Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions in Cognos, Alteryx, and Tableau* Monitor BI ticket queue and resolve customer requests and incidents* Partner with business leaders and SMEs to ensure data integrity across reporting efforts* Identify and implement process improvements and automation on the BI team* Creating documentation around BI processes and procedures* Other projects as assignedLeadership Competencies:* Self-Directed* Analytical* Results driven/ Action oriented
