What you will do This role involves acting as part of a dynamic, cutting edge global Information Technology department with workgroups engaged in IT Operations, Cloud transformation, networking, digital workplace technologies, Contact management centers, process and governance. The IT Global Operations and Technology team plays a key role in enabling JCIs business units, and the successful intern will gain experience in working in a fast paced, challenging environment. The position gives real insight into the operation of a truly global IT organization and into the qualities required to succeed in a career in Information Technology.How you will do it:This intern position will work with the IT Global Operations & Technology team, focusing on IT tasks, technology research, monitoring enhancements and projects. The candidate will: Provide IT operational support for it infrastructure and supporting technologies Assist in data analysis to support problem resolution, utilizing findings to assist in decision making processes Actively participates in assigned projects, and in initiatives to improve the delivery of IT services. Acquires and utilises technical knowledge in cross-functional and departmental efforts Follows operational procedures for maintaining infrastructure platforms.
