Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical dental and vision benefits Shift: 1expected to work a minimum of one weekday 4:00pm-8:15pm shift and two weekend shifts every four week schedule.Summary:Following established policies and procedures Pharmacy Intern 1 performs technical distributive and administrative duties. This individual may receive sort compound processe and prepares medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist. As the intern progresses and demonstrates an increase in ability the preceptor will grant increased responsibility. Other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:Accepted to a doctor of pharmacy program at a degree granting institution or enrolled in their first year of a doctor of pharmacy program at a degree granting institution.Other information:Must complete a competency checklist within three months of completing orientation and training sessions. Ability to communicate effectively with other health care professionals and patients.
