Sketchup

Description

I'm reaching out to see if someone might be able to help me out with some GrassHopper/Rhino modeling. Briefly, I'm developing models that will be deployed on a service called ShapeDiver (Link: https://www.shapediver.com/) for an online furniture configurator and am having some trouble with building out some of the logic that dictates how the piece of furniture is made. For example, a very typical problem would be if the width of a piece is larger than 48", then it should be broken up into two 24" W pieces. I'm also looking for a bit of help using the make 2D functionality in order to create PDF summaries of these models.

A bit of background on me:

I have a B.A. in Art History + traditional programming experience from working as a web developer. I have been using Rhino + GrassHopper (as well as Fusion 360 + Sketchup) for ~4 months now and have built some intuition for both traditional CAD modeling and algorithmic modeling in Grasshopper.
