  • Support business development activities. Format, print, track and coordinate direct mail campaigns. Create brochures and other collateral. Proof read and format documents. Post marketing pieces on internal and external websites. Update databases, including SalesForce.com, and other lists as needed
  • Assist with online and database research of specific companies and/or target lists or media contacts in advertising. Conduct competitive and industry research and coordinate the design and creation of databases and reports
  • Other administrative or marketing duties including, but not limited to:
    • Submitting of posts for events pages, features, case studies, whitepapers, articles, other web page updates
    • Engaging and monitoring of digital and social media channels
    • Assist in documenting and tracking campaign activities on central calendar
    • Proving support for monthly socials, firm training, or other sponsored events

  • Post high-school education and pursuing a Bachelor's degree; marketing, communications and journalism related majors preferred
  • Prior office, administrative or Marketing experience is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required. Experience in InDesign Creative Suite is a plus. Photoshop and Salesforce CRM experience a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Requires professionalism, organization, creativity, and ability to manage multiple project request simultaneously in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-focused environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills required
