As a CMDB Ops intern, you will:

* Gain insight into how a Configuration Management Database and enterprise architecture artifacts are used with huge IT organizations to track relevant information about the hardware and software components used within the organization and the relationships between those components.
* Participate in streamlining automated audit processes to make sure that all the data is still relevant and is being correctly maintained.
* Influence processes that can optimize workflows and increase productivity
* Work in a multi-site, global, corporate environment and understand how your work can have a global impact.


* Execute and develop automated processes to audit essential use cases that are mandated of our CMDB and EA reposiotory system.
* Report on all exceptions that come out of our audit processes.
* Develop new automated processes based on business needs to improve productivity, traceability, and reporting.

* Be a junior or senior in college, or a Spring 2020 graduate
* Arrange the internship with the educational institution on a for-credit basis, if necessary.
* Be available to work Monday-Friday (40 hours/week).
