Position Title: Outside Sales Representative (Entry Level) Office Location: Brookfield, WI Reports to: Sales Manager Position type: W-2/Full-Time This position is a territory based, outside sales role and due to our continued growth has the opportunity for rapid advancement. The ideal candidate is looking for a career, not just a job. Successful reps in our company come to us with all types of work backgrounds, Sales experience is not required, just the desire and motivation to learn! What do we do at Advocate Construction? Our Territory Sales Representatives help homeowners and the community with storm recovery. Our team works only in local storm-affected areas to inspect and inform homeowners of potential exterior damage, and bring homes back to pre-storm condition. All our work goes through insurance, so the homeowner rarely pays anything out of pocket. As an Advocate Construction Sales Representative you will be trained in every aspect and be able to build strong customer relationships utilizing the communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning that you have learned from our industry leading Sales Managers that have already achieved success within our company. Requirements Actively pursue residential restoration sales in neighborhoods affected by storms Walk new clients through the insurance claims process and explain step by step details about the process of getting their work completed Willingness to learn the "Advocate Way" Strong self-starter with a passion and drive to succeed Independent nature, self"disciplined, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule) Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation Benefits
