As a 2020 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 8, 2020 and conclude on August 14, 2020.?

About the team

Our Call Center Process Management team intern assists cardholder determine if there is fraudulent activity on their debit/credit cards. Our team handles thousands of calls each month from hundreds of clients. During this internship, you will be responsible for finding process improvement or efficiencies with our business from call scripts to internal communication.

What you will be doing

Use YOU to make the description relatable. Remove any jargon.

  • Communicate with Leadership to determine areas to focus
  • Sit with agents to determine efficiencies for call scripts
  • Observe communication methods in department to determine best method
  • Communicate with Training team for changes and track the impact for the changes
  • What you bring:

  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2020 through May 2021)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
