## Description**Job Summary: **Direct Supply's marketing team manages everything from upstream market analysis to campaign execution and deliverables. We're quickly expanding our digital capabilities to support our platform businesses. If you're interested in helping a fast growing company build programs and engage customers, there is plenty to do and learn in a marketing internship at Direct Supply. This intern position is year-round, accommodating a part-time schedule during the school year and full-time during breaks and summer. Best of all, we are a Milwaukee-based, 100% employee-owned company that offers great opportunities for ambitious, motivated people.**Major Duties & Responsibilities*** Support the implementation and delivery of marketing plan tactics to support business goals, measure their effectiveness, and make adjustments in response to changing business and marketing strategies.* Work with marketing teams to build market awareness, generate demand/ for solutions, and communicate with customers to increase satisfaction/retention.* Recommend and develop ways to improve digital marketing strategies based on insights drawn from qualitative feedback and observations and quantitative reporting.* Work with creative services and engineering on development of key projects and deliverables.* Work with product management to analyze sales reports and merchandising trends* All other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:*** Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, marketing or business field* 2 or more full semesters remaining before graduation* Adept with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint* Strong written and oral communication skills* Proactive and self-motivated* Demonstrated knowledge of marketing methodologies and tactics, including advertising, email and web marketing, social media, public relations, etc.* Demonstrated creative/ abstract thinking* Hours during the school year are part time, approximately 20-25 per week; hours during the summer are full time, approximately 40 per week**Additional Preferred Skills:*** Strong verbal and written communication skills, focused on internal and external customers* Ability to work with SQL, Excel* Familiarity with content management systems, email service providers, a plus**Competencies:*** Approachability* Peer Relationships* Customer Focus* Integrity and Trust* Functional/Technical Skills* Priority Setting* Personal Learning* Drive for Results* Informing* Managing and Measuring Work*Schedule:* Full-time*Primary Location:* WI-Milwaukee*Req ID:* 00C0Y
