Our company is large enough to continually drive market innovation, all while we maintain a collaborative and flexible working atmosphere.What You Will Contribute:Recruiting Intern will train under the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to learn the full recruitment process which includes scoping the job requisition with a hiring manager, sourcing, screening, interviewing/assessment, and onboarding.* Manage full life-cycle recruitment for entry level positions while maintaining accurate documentation of all candidates, searches, and interactions to create a thorough, compliant, and legal process for applicant flow records in Workday.* Assist on small projects or portions of larger projects, including assisting or driving process improvement initiatives* Helping schedule phone interviews and/or on-site interviews with candidates* Assisting in preparing for our Orientations, which may include employee file maintenance and creating and sending orientation materials* Assist in the Union Posting Process* Creation of weekly Job Posting Announcement and other potential communication* Assist with sporadic reporting effortsQualifications:* Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree or comparable experience* Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft productsEqual opportunity employer.
