Hey everyone I plan to renew the lease at this cute and wonderful apartment here in Lincoln Park It is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. Im looking for one more roommate to occupy this space It is so convenient, especially if you're moving to Chicago for the first time Perfect for students. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the DePaul Lincoln Park campus. A 3-minute walk to the university's gym. A 15-minute walk to Trader Joe's and Aldi's. As well as a 15-minute walk to Oz Park and Target. The rent for the two rooms is $875 for each room w/o utilities(wifi, gas, and electric). The laundry is downstairs in the basement. Lease will be starting Aug 1st.*I have to let the landlord know by June 1st to start the application process*-No Pets-Street Parking-No subleasing of any kindAbout me: I am finishing my first year of graduate school in occupational therapy. I consider myself a laid-back, chill girl who enjoys the outdoors, biking, playing sports, exploring restaurants, going out for drinks, and staying in :). Your welcome to come on my adventures As a roommate, I'm pretty tidy (8/10) cleanliness. I address problems with open communication and would love to be friends, but I will be respectful of alone time. Im looking for roommates that we can get along and most importantly are clean within shared spaces, responsible, communicative, and respectful.
