Description
I am subleasing one bedroom in a spacious four bedroom apartment. I am looking for someone to sublease anytime starting mid-May until the end of July or mid-August. Apartment is located on Marquette University's campus and is at a great location. Although it is four bedrooms, it is likely that you will be the only person living in the apartment for most, if not the whole summer.Bedroom is furnished. This includes a twin sized bed, a dresser, desk and desk chair. Rent is $550 per month, plus utilities (usually around $30 per month), however the price is negotiable. There is a laundry room available in the basement of the apartment complex.
